STP Operation & Maintenance ( SUCCESS STORY )

The Big Real Estate Developer, K Raheja Corp is key client as we have done phase-wise upgradation of the sewage treatment plants for their Mumbai Cluster. After several efforts, we have succeeded to convince the client to go for Membrane Bioreactor Technology for Phase I upgradation. Aquacare has managed to complete the retrofit conversion of 10 STP’s from MBBR to MBR Technology in less than 1.5 years.
The client opts for the Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance model, the most suitable as everything else is taken care by us so that client will be busy making their own business.
In March 2020, we have received the work order. The team of semi-skilled Operators, Skilled Technical Supervisors, Chemist, Mechanical Technicianss & electrician were appointed to run the STP’s. With the help of customer support, Analytical laboratory was established that made inhouse analysis of samples easy. Minimal escalations, Strong customer rapport was significant factors while handling the AMC. Data-based Operations, & decision-making, on time PPM Activity made operations easy & smooth. As outcome, we grabbed an order for Phase II Upgradation of 13 Nos of STPs along with CAMC.
Furthermore, we are privileged to declare that, Due to consistency & positive approach we have succeeded in the renewal of Operation & Maintenance of Phase I STP’s for next 3 years.
